Caitlin Clark's Karaoke Duet Confessions and Hawkeye Hilarity: Inside the Star's Off-Court Charisma

Caitlin Clark isn’t just dropping dimes on the basketball court; she’s also serving up killer karaoke moments and cracking up fans with her off-the-court stories. The Indiana Fever star—and Iowa Hawkeye legend—recently joined Travis and Jason Kelce on their hit podcast New Heights, turning the episode into a delightful mix of sports banter, unexpected musical revelations, and Iowa tradition hype.

Karaoke Queen: Clark’s Duet Dreams

When it comes to karaoke, Clark’s taste is as versatile as her jump shot. Her ultimate choice? The Black Eyed Peas classic, “Where Is the Love?”—a duet-ready anthem.

“Oh, that’s tough. It switches up,” Clark admitted. “You know what’s good? Where Is the Love? That’s a good karaoke song.”

But Clark doesn’t go solo. She’s all about teamwork, even on stage. Her dream duet partner? None other than fellow WNBA star Aliyah Boston.

“Honestly, it changes up. I like a little duet action, so you could go up there with your friends,” she said.

Clark and Boston have harmonized their way through several musical moments. Last year, when Boston suggested singing tracks from the High School Musical soundtrack, Clark jumped on board faster than a fast break.

“High School Musical. That’s what we’re going with. Or some Justin Bieber,” she said, barely containing her laughter while imagining the crowd’s reaction to their spirited renditions.

Locker Room Vibes and Leadership Goals

Off the stage and court, Clark can’t stop gushing about Boston’s leadership. “Her leadership has been amazing,” Clark said. “She’s been one of the biggest voices in our locker room. She’s been somebody that’s been there to pick me up, and I’ve been there to pick her up.”

The dynamic duo clearly knows how to have fun while lifting each other up—a rare combination that’s as refreshing as a buzzer-beater swish.

Hawkeye Waves and Kelce Brothers’ Shenanigans

Switching gears to Iowa’s beloved football traditions, Clark dove into the iconic “Hawkeye Wave,” a heartwarming gesture where fans and players wave to the children watching from the nearby hospital.

“It’s probably one of the best traditions in all of sports, if not the best,” Clark said, with all the pride of someone who’s seen it firsthand.

Jason Kelce, always ready with a quip, jokingly pitched the idea of adding a second wave to the stadium repertoire. Clark was all in, saying Iowa fans would be “fired up” to double down on their waving game.

“Maybe we can get that started too,” she joked, clearly enjoying the absurdity of the suggestion.

The Legacy Continues

With her #22 jersey set to be retired in February 2025, Clark’s Iowa legacy is as solid as her three-point shot. Whether she’s singing karaoke with Boston, leading her WNBA squad, or making waves—literally—at Iowa games, Clark proves she’s a star on and off the court.

So, what’s next for Caitlin Clark? Maybe a mixtape. Maybe another podcast. Or perhaps she’ll keep doing what she does best: dazzling fans with her skills, humor, and that irresistible charisma.
