Sarah Minnick of Lovely’s Fifty Fifty in Portland, Oregon, and Dean Neff of Seabird in Wilmington, North Carolina, have garnered widespread acclaim for their innovative approaches to modern American cuisine.

The Best New Restaurant category showcases the most promising culinary newcomers, celebrating the innovative concepts and bold flavors that have captivated diners across the country. Among the finalists is Dakar NOLA in New Orleans, where Chef Serigne Mbaye crafts a modern Senegalese tasting menu that seamlessly blends the flavors of New Orleans with his West African roots.

The Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages Program finalists highlight the establishments that have curated exceptional beverage programs, elevating the dining experience to new heights. Among the contenders are Lula Drake Wine Parlour in Columbia, South Carolina, The Morris in San Francisco, California, and Tail Up Goat in Washington, D.C.
