Fortnite Winterfest 2023

Fortnite enthusiasts have lots to look forward to with the return of the highly anticipated Winterfest event on December 14. Running through January 2, 2024, Winterfest 2023 allows players to unlock 14 free in-game gifts by visiting the Winterfest Lodge. Fans can look forward to new outfits like Blizabelle and Snowhearted, alongside gliders, lobby tracks, banners, emoticons, and more.

The annual gift-giving extravaganza brings the holiday season alive in Fortnite with snow-capped environments and festive decorations across the island. Players can earn new items daily by unwrapping a holiday present next to the cosy fireplace inside the log-cabin lodge. With so many surprises in store, Fortnite’s Winterfest 2023 is set to delight fans this Christmas.

Call of Duty: CODMAS 2023

Call of Duty fans can celebrate the season with the return of CODMAS 2023, running from December 19 until January 3, 2024. The in-game holiday event spans Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer, Zombies and Warzone modes.

CODMAS decks the halls with Christmas-themed decorative updates across two 6v6 maps – Shipmas and Hangover. Players can battle it out on snow-blanketed Shipmas or under twinkling lights on Hangover. Special holiday challenges also allow players to unlock rewards like operator skins, blueprints, charms and more.

With snowball fights, festive environments and challenges infused with yuletide joy, CODMAS 2023 brings a healthy dose of holiday cheer to Call of Duty.

Diablo 4 Midwinter Blight

Blizzard Entertainment rang in the holidays early by launching Diablo 4’s inaugural in-game event – Midwinter Blight – on December 12. Running through January 2, 2023, the wintery event introduces spooky new challenges in Fractured Peaks.

Midwinter Blight tasks heroes above Seasonal Realm in World Tier 1 or higher to defeat the dark Blightfends and destroy their Frigid Husks to collect Lost Heirlooms. Alongside chilling new foes, players can also enjoy mysterious rewards and cosmetics by partaking in the event.

With a blizzard raging and darker nights blanketing Fractured Peaks, Midwinter Blight brings a sinister edge to Diablo 4’s holiday season. The event provides a great opportunity for heroes to show their skills against vile Blightfends while earning exclusive loot.

Overwatch 2 Winter Wonderland

Overwatch 2 is celebrating the most wonderful time of the year with the return of its festive Winter Wonderland event. Running through January 9, 2024, the winter event allows players to partake in holiday-themed activities.

Fans can look forward to limited-time arcade game modes including Yeti Hunt, Mei’s Snowball Offensive and Freeze-Flash Elimination. Alongside enjoying icy 5v1 battles as Winston or Mei, players can deck their heroes out in new winter-themed skins. Themed content also extends to highlight intros, emotes and souvenirs.

With new challenges to complete and cosmetics to earn, Overwatch 2’s Winter Wonderland event brings plenty of holiday magic this season. Players can spread festive cheer with snowball fights while advancing their Season 8 Battle Pass.
